On 4th December 2008, 7 members including the organizing chairperson of this project, Leo Mak Lai Cheng, President, Leo Chin Pui Mun, Assistant Secretary, Leo Vivian Loh Wai Mun, Bulletins Director, Leo Wince Wong Mei Shan and 3 of the club members had gathered at the venue to help up in this project to show the location of office after renovation.
